Fibonacci numbers are a sequence of numbers 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21 ... This series of numbers based on the following principle: each subsequent number is the result of adding the previous two, namely, 1 +1 = 2 1 2 = 3, 2 +3 = 5, 3 +5 = 8 and so on, ad infinitum.
The properties of the Fibonacci sequence have been described by Leonardo Fibonacci da Pisa in the early 1200h in his famous Liber Abacci (Book of calculations).
In this paper we described the Fibonacci problem, whose solution is the Fibonacci sequence. A formulation of the problem is: How many pairs of rabbits placed in the enclosure can be produced in one year from one pair of rabbits if each pair produces another pair every month, starting with the second? It is obvious that the number of rabbits will grow exponentially. And, the Fibonacci sequence describes this progression.
Eliot was referring to the Fibonacci sequence, when he wrote The Law of Nature, and the Fibonacci sequence was used as the basis of mathematical theory of waves.
Here, suffice it to say that the stock market tends to demonstrate a form that can be compared with a figure that is present in the Fibonacci sequence.
